Me And The Boy

I have been laying here today thinking me and the one they call "the boy" have been together a very long time.As you can see here I was just a little guy when mommy and daddy brought me home from the scary place. The boy was a little guy to see him with that big toy in his hands and that blugie white thing around where his waggle should be. I remember the day I went to live with my family like it was yesterday.
I was so scared living in the scary place with all of those other creatures. I remember the very first time I saw mommy standing outside of the big gate.I knew the moment I saw her that she was going to be my new mommy. The way she looked at me and how she picked me up and held me I knew she was going to come back for me. I didn't however know that there was this little thing waiting at my new home for me. When I first met The Boy I didn't know what to think of him. Why was he the same size as me? Where was his waggle? Why did he smell so different but yet so good? Where was his coat? But it didn't take long for us to come together and be the bestest of buds.

Now here we are all these years later and we are still the bestest of buds.He still doesn't have his waggle and sometimes he has his coat. But he still smells oh so great and he still loves me almost as much as I love him.

Great pictures!!! Maddie was 2 when Hunter was born. So I hope they will be great friends. She tolerates him but was protective of him the other day when a friends dog was here. Now mind you it was a little dog but she did step up...
